The club is working to ensure every member who needs one gets a membership card. You can alternately log in to the site from your phone and screenshot your membership status if you don't want to carry a physical membership card. See the "membership cards" selection in the Membership menu.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Meal Preparation:

All Campers are expected to help with One Meal. Please mark a First and Second Choice for which Meal you would like to help: Prep, Serve, or Clean. The Camp Committee will attempt to honor the request but reserve the right to make changes to make sure all meals have adequate help.

Confirmation:

We will make every effort to confirm your registration within 15 days of receiving your registration form. To save on postage, all confirmations will be emailed unless you have specifically requested USPS. Full Confirmation packages with arrival information will be emailed two weeks prior to Camp Out. All Rules, Regulations, and other information will be included in the arrival package. \

Cancellation:

If you will not be able to attend the Camp Out; you MUST cancel in writing. Cancellations postmarked or emailed by 08/01/2018 will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. Later Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No-shows Will NOT receive a refund but will receive the materials given to attendees.

CAMPGROUND RULES:

  1. This is a privately owned PUBLIC campground and other campers may be in the area. Excessive noise and inappropriate behavior is prohibited. The camp out committee is authorized to remove anyone acting in an inappropriate manner from the campground.
  2. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation. The camp out committee or Oregon Bears Board members are authorized to detain intoxicated persons until they can safely operate a motor vehicle.
  3. Possession or use of ILLEGAL substances is prohibited in the campground.
  4. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Socializing is permitted at all hours, but campers must keep the noise level down after 10pm. Stereos should be limited to headphone use during quiet hours.
  5. Pets are to be controlled at all times. There is no off-leash area in the camping area so pets must be kept on a 6ft minimum leash. Waste removal is required.
  6. Firearms and fireworks are not permitted in the campground.
  7. Keep the campground clean by picking up trash and using the campground garbage cans. If you smoke, please contain your butts do not throw them on the ground.
  8. The shower facilities are for everyone’s use. Please limit your time to allow for all campers. The showers are open to the public; inappropriate behavior is not allowed in the open showers.
  9. All campers must be registered with Camp Oregon Bears. Visitors must leave the campground by 10pm. Guests of registrants must pay for their own parking and may not eat meals unless they register for Camp Out. Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed in our camping area.
  10. All Campers are required to help with one meal. Please be there when you are signed up to help.
  11. Campers will park in designated areas only. Campers will not park in the camping area without a permit for that area.

Registrant hereby releases the Oregon Bears, Inc., Camp Oregon Bears, its officers, Board members, and committee members from any liability of loss or injury, either stated or implied, during the course of the events at at Umpqua’s Last Resort from August 22nd through 26th, 2018. Registrant has read and agrees to abide by the CAMPGROUND RULES above.

Objective:

The objective of this registration is merely to connect those who need transportation to camp with those who are offering to assist with transportation to camp. It is the responsibility of the registrants to communicate and clarify requirements such as, but not limited to, departure & arrival timing, whether gas money is required, whether or not pets are present or welcome, whether or not smoking is happening or allowed, and so on. None of this is the responsibility of the club.

We designed this page merely to connect those who need transportation to camp with those who are offering to assist with transportation to camp. No other outcome is intended or implied.

 

Hold Harmless:

Registrant releases the Oregon Bears, Inc., Camp Oregon Bears, its officers, Board members, and committee members from any liability of loss or injury, either stated or implied, related to any ride-sharing, potential or actual, that may result from this registration.

I CERTIFY THE INFORMATION I PROVIDED IN THIS APPLICATION IS TRUE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. IN CONSIDERATION OF THIS APPLICATION, I HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO MY PERSON, PROPERTY OR REPUTATION THAT MAY ARISE NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE MR.
